The Au Nom de la Rose is an elegant red colored cocktail made from strawberry liqueur, rum, brown sugar, lime, raspberries and champagne, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

- Muddle raspberries and lime slice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add strawberry liqueur, white rum and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with chilled champagne.
- Garnish with strawberry slices and rose petals.
