Pousse Cafe Recipe
The Pousse Cafe is a patriotic red, white and blue shot, made from strawberry liqueur, yoghurt liqueur and Bols blue foam liqueur, and served in a chilled shot glass.

- Add strawberry liqueur to a chilled shot glass.
- Slowly pour yoghurt liqueur over the back of a spoon to add the middle layer.
- Top with Bols Blue Foam liqueur and serve.
