BLT Recipe
Bacon!?! Did somebody say bacon? Yes, bacon in a cocktail! The BLT cocktail brings together the flavors of bacon-infused vodka, Sacramento tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, horseradish, lemon juice and cilantro, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Dark Rum (Flor de Cana) - infused with bacon for at least a week
- 2 oz Tomato Juice (Sacramento tomato juice)
- dash Worcestershire Sauce
- pinch Celery Salt
- pinch Black Pepper
- squeeze Lemon Juice
- pinch Horseradish
- pinch Cilantro
- slice Avocado - for garnish
- Tomato - for garnish
- Garnish: Cilantro, Tomato
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with an avocado slice, cilantro and a cherry tomato.
