Baja Sour Recipe
The Baja Sour takes the typical Sour cocktail recipe and spices it up with some south-of-the-border style. Made from gold tequila, simple syrup, lemon juice, orange bitters, egg white and Amontillado sherry, and served in a chilled sour glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 oz Tequila - Gold
- 1 tbsp Sherry (Amontillado)
- 2 tsp Simple Syrup
- 1-1/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- 1/2 Egg - white
- 2 slices Lemon - for garnish
- Garnish: Orange, Lemon
- Glass: Sour Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a sour glass.
- Garnish with lemon slices and an orange twist.
