Barbera Recipe
The Barbera cocktail is a smooth and silky drink made from bourbon, Drambuie cream liqueur, Disaronno amaretto and orange bitters, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Drambuie Cream Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Amaretto (Disaronno)
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- 1 slice Orange - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon, Orange
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake bourbon, Drambuie, Disaronno and orange bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a lemon twist.
