Berry Bliss Recipe
The Berry Bliss cocktail recipe is made from Irish whiskey, raspberry liqueur, lemon juice, egg white, caramel syrup and raspberries, and served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with raspberries.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Raspberry Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Caramel - syrup
- 1 Egg - white
- 4 Raspberry - 2 for garnish
- Garnish: Raspberry
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Muddle raspberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and the remaining ingredients, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with raspberries.
