The Irish Kiss is a brown cocktail made from uniquely Irish ingredients. Made from Carolans Irish cream, Irish whiskey, Irish Mist liqueur, ice cream and chocolate syrup, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Irish Cream (Carolans)
- 1-1/2 oz Irish Whiskey (Tullamore Dew)
- 1/2 oz Irish Mist
- Ice Cream - small scoop of vanilla
- squeeze Chocolate Syrup
- Chocolate - shavings for garnish
- Garnish: Chocolate
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake Irish cream, Irish whiskey, Irish Mist, ice cream and chocolate syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings.
