Berta's Special Recipe
The Berta's Special drink recipe is made form tequila, honey, egg white, orange bitters, lime juice and club soda, and served over ice in a Collins or highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Tequila - Gold
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 Egg - white
- 6 dashes Orange Bitters
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- Club Soda - to fill
- 1 slice Lime
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake tequila, honey, egg white, orange bitters and lemon juice vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins or highball glass full of ice.
- Fill with club soda and garnish with a slice of lime.
