Bic Mac Daddy Recipe
The Big Mack Daddy is an elegant orange cocktail made from Disaronno liqueur, bourbon, raspberry liqueur, cranberry juice and ginger ale, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Amaretto (Disaronno)
- 1/2 oz Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
- 2 oz Cranberry Juice
- Ginger Ale - to fill
- 4 Raspberry - garnish
- Mint - garnish
- Garnish: Raspberry, Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake Disaronno, bourbon, raspberry liqueur and cranberry juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top with ginger ale.
- Garnish with mint and raspberries.
