Big City Dog Recipe
The Big City Dog drink is made from brandy, bitters, green Chartreuse and cherry brandy, and served in a brandy snifter.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Brandy
- 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
- 2 dash Angostura Bitters
- Glass: Brandy Snifter
Directions
- Add the bitters to a brandy snifter (or wine glass) and swirl the glass around to coat it.
- Turn the glass upside down to drain the excess.
- Stir the remaining ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into the brandy snifter.
