Blackcurrant Passion Recipe
The Blackcurrant Passion is an exotic orange colored cocktail made from Finlandia blackcurrant vodka, passion fruit, lime juice, pineapple juice, grenadine and simple syrup, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Black Currant Vodka (Finlandia)
- 1/2 Passion Fruit
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- 3 drops Grenadine
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Muddle passion fruit and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Add blackcurrant vodka, lime juice, pineapple juice and ice, and shake for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf.
- Add a few drops of grenadine in the center to create the darker orange bottom.
