Gran Galaxy Recipe
The Gran Galaxy is an orange colored cocktail recipe made form Gran Gala Triple Orange liqueur, Absolut Kurant black currant vodka, Cherry Heering, white cranberry juice and lemon juice, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Orange Liqueur (Gran Gala Triple Orange)
- 2 oz Black Currant Vodka (Absolut Kurant)
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice - white cranberry juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- splash Cherry Brandy (Cherry Heering)
- Orange - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake orange liqueur, black currant vodka, white cranberry juice and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Slowly pour in Cherry Heering so it settles to the bottom, then garnish with an orange twist.
