Imperial Fiz Recipe
The Imperial Fiz is a red colored drink made from gin, triple sec, syrah wine, lemon juice, simple syrup, ginger, caraway seeds and ale, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 1/3 oz Orange Liqueur (Joseph Cartron Imperial Triple Orange)
- 1/2 oz Red Wine - syrah
- 2/3 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- 5 Caraway Seeds
- 2 slices Ginger
- Beer - India Pale Ale
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake the gin, orange liqueur, lemon juice, caraway seeds and ginger with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass or beer glass, then top with syrah wine and fill with India pale ale.
