Maple FIzz Recipe
The Maple Fizz drink is made from Midori melon liqueur, gin, lemon juice, maple syrup, egg white, honeydew melon and club soda, and served in any tall, stemmed glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/3 oz Maple Syrup
- 1 splash Egg - white
- 1 slice Melon - honeydew
- Club Soda - to top
- Garnish: Lemon, Melon
- Glass: Any Glass
Directions
- Muddle the melon in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and all other ingredients except club soda and shake vigorously.
- Strain into the glass and top with club soda.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and a slice of melon.
