Green Summer Recipe
The Green Summer cocktail is a tropical drink served in a very unique way: inside of a melon shell. Made from honeydew melon, Midori melon liqueur, rum, creme de cacao, blue curacao, pineapple juice and lime juice.

- Carefully slice off the top of the melon, less than 1/4 from the top. Remove the seeds and replace them with some ice cubes.
- Shake the remaining ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain the mixture into the melon shell, and garnish with any seasonal flower, or fresh mint.
