L.A. Iced Tea Recipe
The LA Iced tea is a modern variation of the classic Long Island Iced Tea drink. Made from Midori melon liqueur, vodka, gin, rum, triple sec, simple syrup and lime juice, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2/3 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 2/3 oz Lime Juice
- 2/3 oz Simple Syrup
- Club Soda - to top
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients, except the club soda, with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Top with club soda, and garnish with a lime wedge.
