The Debutant cocktail is made from Midori melon liqueur, champagne, gin, watermelon and lemon juice, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
- Muddle the watermelon in a cocktail shaker.
- Add Midori, gin, lemon juice and ice and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with chilled champagne.
- Garnish with a watermelon wedge.
