Olympiad Recipe
The Olympiad is a tropical cocktail made from genever, triple sec, orange liqueur, pineapple syrup, simple syrup, lime juice, absinthe and passion fruit, and served over ice in a tiki or any available glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Genever (Bols)
- 1/3 oz Triple Sec
- 1/3 oz Orange Liqueur (Bols Red Orange)
- 1/2 oz Pineapple Syrup
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- dash Absinthe
- 1/2 Passion Fruit - for garnish
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple, Passion fruit, Mint
- Glass: Any Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a glass full of ice.
- Garnish with passion fruit, mint and pineapple leaves.
