Orange Genever Fizz Recipe
The Orange Genever Fizz is a refreshing summer drink made from Bols Genever, Bols Natural yoghurt liqueur, vanilla liqueur, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, orange flower water and ginger ale, and served over ice in a collins glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Genever (Bols)
- 1 oz Yoghurt Liqueur (Bols Natural Yoghurt)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 tsp Orange Flower Water
- Ginger Ale
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients, except ginger ale, with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a collins glass or highball glass full of ice.
- Fill with ginger ale and garnish with an orange twist.
