Old Spiced Recipe
The Old Spiced is a refreshing pink cocktail made from genever, passionfruit liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, chili pepper and ginger beer, and served over ice in a collins or highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Genever (Bols Barrel Aged)
- 1/2 oz Passionfruit Liqueur (Bols)
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Chili Pepper - sliced in half lengthwise
- 1/2 Passion Fruit
- Garnish: Chili Pepper, Passion fruit
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake genever, passionfruit liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a collins glass or highball glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a passion fruit half, and a chili pepper sliced in half to accent the pink color of the drink.
