Bloody Caesar Recipe
The Bloody Caesar is the most popular drink recipe made with Clamato, due to its simplicity and well-balanced flavors. A red colored drink made from Clamato tomato cocktail, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, celery and lime, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Clamato Tomato Cocktail
- 1-1/2 oz Vodka
- 4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
- pinch Salt
- pinch Black Pepper
- Celery - for garnish
- slice Lime - for garnish
- pinch Chili Powder
- Garnish: Celery, Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Wet the rim of a highball glass by rubbing the lime over it, then dip the glass into salt and chili powder to coat the rim.
- Shake the remaining ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, and pour into the glass.
- Garnish with a celery stalk and a slice of lime.
