Bongo Cola Recipe
The Bongo Cola drink recipe is made from dark rum, coffee liqueur, cola, pineapple juice, cherry brandy and lemon juice, and served over ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- dash Cherry Brandy
- dash Lemon Juice
- Cola - to fill
- Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake rum, coffee liqueur, pineapple juice, lemon juice and cherry brandy with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins glass full of ice and fill with cola.
- Stir gently and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
