Border Crossing Recipe
The Border Crossing is made from aged tequila, hone, lime juice, orange bitters, blueberries, lime and ginger ale, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Gold
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Honey
- 4 dashes Orange Bitters
- Ginger Ale - to fill
- 3 Blueberry - for garnish
- 2 wedge Lime - for garnish
- Garnish: Blueberry, Lime
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake tequila, lime juice, honey and orange bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and top with ginger ale.
- Garnish with blueberries and lime wedges.
