Bourbon Collins Recipe
The Bourbon Collins is a southern variation of the classic Tom Collins cocktail recipe. Made from bourbon, lime juice, sugar and club soda, and served over ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Club Soda - to fill
- Lime - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake bourbon, lime juice and sugar with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins glass full of ice.
- Fill with club soda and garnish with a lime twist.
