The Bourbon Fixed is a red colored drink made from bourbon, sour cherry puree, lime juice and simple syrup, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Cherry - puree, sour cherry
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 tsp Simple Syrup
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake bourbon, sour cherry puree, lime juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a lime twist.
