Bourbon Peach Smash Recipe
The Bourbon Peach Smash is a refreshing drink made from the flavors of the Southern United States. Made from bourbon, mint, peach and sugar, and served over crushed ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Bourbon
- 1 slice Peach
- 2 tsp Sugar - superfine
- 3 slices Lemon - 1 for garnish
- 2 sprigs Mint - 1 for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon, Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint, peach, sugar and lemon in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and bourbon, and shake well.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of crushed ice and garnish with mint and lemon.
