The Bourbon a la Crème cocktail is a chocolaty delight, perfectly comfortable as a dessert drink. Made form bourbon, crème de cacao and vanilla, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

- Add bourbon, dark crème de cacao and vanilla beans to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well, then refrigerate the cocktail shaker for about an hour.
- Shake again, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
