Brandy Ice Recipe
The Brandy Ice cocktail recipe is made from white crème de cacao, cognac and vanilla ice cream, and served blended with ice in a chilled wine glass garnished with chocolate shavings.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz White Creme de Cacao (Wenneker)
- 1 oz Cognac
- 1 scoop Ice Cream - vanilla
- Chocolate - shavings, for garnish
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- Garnish: Chocolate
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Add crème de cacao, cognac, vanilla ice cream and crushed ice to a blender, and blend on low speed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled wine glass.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and serve.
