The Cabo Caipirinha cocktail recipe is made from Leblon cachaca, Cointreau orange liqueur, lime juice and simple syrup, and served in a salt-rimmed cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Cachaca (Leblon)
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Salt - to rim glass
- Lime - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lime, Salt
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Wet the rim of a chilled cocktail glass, then dip into salt to coat the rim.
- Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into the glass.
- Garnish with a lime twist.
