Cachaca Colada Recipe
The Cachaca Colada is a Brazilian version of the classic Pina Colada drink recipe. Made from Leblon cachaca, pineapple juice, lime juice, pina colada mix and simple syrup, and served blended in a chilled rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-3/4 oz Cachaca (Leblon)
- 1 oz Pina Colada Mix
- 1/4 Lime - juiced
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- splash Simple Syrup
- 1 cup Ice - crushed
- wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on low speed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled rocks glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.
