Cafe Affair Recipe
The Cafe Affair is a brown cocktail made from Patron tequila, Patron coffee liqueur, amaretto liqueur, chocolate liqueur, half and half, and whipped cream, and served in a chilled champagne flute.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 oz Tequila - Gold (Patron Anejo)
- 1/4 oz Coffee Liqueur (Patron XO Cafe)
- 1/4 oz Amaretto
- 1/4 oz Chocolate Liqueur (Godiva)
- 2 oz Half and Half
- Whipped Cream
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
- Shake tequila, coffee liqueur, amaretto, chocolate liqueur and half & half with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with whipped cream.
