Calypso Recipe
The Calypso cocktail recipe is made from dark rum, pineapple juice, lemon juice, Falernum, bitters and nutmeg, and served shaken in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Falernum
- dash Angostura Bitters
- pinch Nutmeg - freshly grated
- Garnish: Nutmeg
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake rum, pineapple juice, lemon juice, Falernum and bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Top with freshly grated nutmeg and serve.
