The Candied Cane is a Christmas-season cocktail recipe made from Boca Loca cachaca, blackberry liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and chilled champagne, and served in a chilled champagne glass.
- Shake cachaca, blackberry liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
- Top with chilled champagne and garnish with a blackberry or raspberry.
