Capital City Cooler Recipe
The Capital City Cooler drink recipe is made from a host of ingredients including vodka, strawberry liqueur, sour apple liqueur, peach liqueur, simple syrup, lemon juice, lime juice, orange bitters, egg white and lemonade, and served over ice in a highball glass dutifully garnished with lemon, lime and strawberry.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Strawberry Liqueur (Wenneker)
- 1/2 oz Apple Liqueur (Wenneker Sour Apple)
- 1 tbsp Peach Liqueur
- 1 tbsp Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- dash Egg - white
- Lemonade - to fill
- slice Lemon - for garnish
- wedge Lime - for garnish
- 1/2 Strawberry - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon, Lime, Strawberry
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with lemonade.
- Stir gently and garnish with a lemon slice, lime wedge and strawberry half.
