Carnaval Caipirinha Recipe
Celebrate Carnaval in style no matter where you are. The Carnaval Caipirinha drink recipe is made from Leblon cachaca, dark rum, passion fruit juice, pineapple juice, lime and simple syrup, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Cachaca (Leblon)
- 3/4 oz Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz Passion Fruit Juice
- 1/3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 Lime - juiced
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
