Don't be afraid to serve this cocktail at your wedding, the balanced flavors are likely to be enjoyed by all. The Celebration Cocktail is made from brandy, Benedictine, blackcurrant liqueur, lemon and champagne, and served in a sugar-rimmed champagne flute.

- Wet the rim of a champagne flute by rubbing lemon over it, then dip into superfine to coat the rim.
- Shake blackcurrant liqueur, brandy and Benedictine with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the glass and top with chilled champagne.
