Celedones Recipe
The Celedones is a yellow cocktail made from Patron tequila, cucumber, melon, lime juice, agave nectar and dill, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Gold (Patron Anejo)
- Cucumber - about 2 inches
- 1 slice Melon
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Agave Nectar
- 2 sprigs Dill
- Garnish: Dill
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Muddle dill in a cocktail shaker, then add cucumber and melon and muddle again.
- Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a sprig of dill.
