Citron Sipper Recipe
The Citron Sipper is a relaxing clear colored drink made from New Amsterdam citron vodka, cucumber, cilantro, simple syrup and lemon-lime soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Citrus Vodka (New Amsterdam Citron)
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 slices Cucumber
- pinch Cilantro
- Lemon-lime Soda (Sprite or 7-Up)
- Garnish: Cucumber, Cilantro
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle cucumber and cilantro in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add simple syrup and vodka and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice and fill with Sprite or 7-Up.
- Garnish with cucumber and cilantro.
