Citrus Passion Recipe
The Citrus Passion is a cream colored drink made from Amarula cream liqueur, Cointreau orange liqueur, passion fruit and cream, and served over ice in a parfait glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Amarula Cream Liqueur
- 1 oz Cointreau - orange liqueur
- 1 oz Light Cream
- 1 Passion Fruit - pulp only
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Parfait Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a parfait glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with orange zest (grated orange peel).
