Clam Digger Recipe
Carrying on the tradition of a Bloody Mary for breakfast, the Clam Digger is a non-alcoholic variation for the morning after. A red colored drink recipe made from Clamato juice, lime juice, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt and horseradish, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Clamato Tomato Cocktail
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 3-5 dashes Tabasco Sauce
- 3-5 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- pinch Black Pepper
- pinch Celery Salt
- 1/4 tsp Horseradish
- Celery - for garnish
- wedge Lime - for garnish
- Garnish: Lime, Celery
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and celery stalk.
