Ingredients
- 4 oz Red Wine - Claret (Bordeaux) or Cabernet Sauvignon
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- slice Orange - for garnish
- 2 oz Club Soda
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Add club soda, sugar and lemon juice to a wine glass, and stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Add ice and red wine, and stir gently.
- Garnish with an orange slice and serve.
