Claret Punch Recipe
The Claret Punch recipe is a party punch made from Claret wine, brandy, Cointreau, lemon juice, sugar and seasonal fruits, and served from a large punch bowl. Recipe serves 20.
Ingredients
- 3 bottles Red Wine - Claret (Bordeaux) or Cabernet Sauvignon
- 2 cups Brandy
- 8 oz Cointreau
- 24 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 Orange - sliced
- Glass: Pitcher/Punch Bowl
Directions
- Stir all ingredients in a large punch bowl.
- Add a large block of ice, or fill with ice cubes.
- Top with sliced seasonal fruit.
