The Classic Champagne Cocktail is made from chilled champagne, brandy, bitters and orange, and served in a chilled champagne flute.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Brandy
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 cube Sugar
- Champagne - chilled, to top
- 1 slice Orange - for garnish
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
- Add the sugar cube to a chilled champagne flute, and top with bitters.
- Add brandy, then top with chilled champagne.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
