Corretto on the Rocks Recipe
The Corretto on the Rocks drink recipe is made from Luxardo sambuca, coffee liqueur, orgeat syrup and lemon bitters, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Sambuca (Luxardo Sambuca dei Cesari)
- 1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur (Luxardo Espresso)
- 1 tsp Orgeat Syrup
- 2 dashes Lemon Bitters
- Lemon - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
