Cran Sour Recipe
The Cran Sour is a zesty and sweet pink colored drink made from Malibu coconut rum, cranberry juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Coconut Rum (Malibu)
- 1-1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg - white
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients vigorously without ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
