Criollo Cocktail Recipe
The Criollo cocktail recipe is a spicy little thing made from Flor de Cana rum, key lime juice, mango, agave nectar, cilantro and cayenne pepper, and served over ice in a Collins glass.

- Muddle cilantro, cayenne pepper and mango in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add the remaining ingredients and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a Collins glass packed full of crushed ice.
- Garnish with cilantro and a lime slice.
