The Daisy de le Francois cocktail recipe is made from Clement VSOP rum, sugar syrup, lemon juice and yellow Chartreuse, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark Rum (Clement VSOP)
- 1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup (Clement Sirop de Canne)
- wedge Lemon - for garnish
- Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon, Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake rum, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Float Chartreuse on top, and garnish with mint and a lemon wedge.
