Disaronno Caipi Recipe
The Disaronno Caipi is an Italian variation of the classic Brazilian Caipirinha drink. Made from Disaronno, lime and sugar, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Amaretto (Disaronno)
- 1/2 Lime - cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Garnish: Lime
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Muddle the lime and sugar in the bottom of a rocks glass.
- Fill with crushed ice, then add Disaronno.
- Stir gently, then garnish with a slice of lime.
