The Djakarta Kiss drink recipe is made from coconut rum, amaretto liqueur, Pisang Ambon, banana juice and heavy cream, and served blended with crushed ice in a chilled hurricane glass.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Coconut Rum
- 3/4 oz Amaretto
- 3/4 oz Pisang Ambon
- 3 oz Banana Juice
- 1 oz Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Ice - crushed
- slice Banana - for garnish
- Garnish: Banana
- Glass: Hurricane Glass
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on low speed until slushy.
- Pour into a chilled hurricane glass.
- Garnish with a banana slice and serve.
