Effen Summer Punch Recipe
The Effen Summer Punch is a pink colored perfect for any summer or pool party. Made from Effen vodka, watermelon liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Vodka (Effen)
- 3/4 oz Watermelon Liqueur
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 cube Watermelon - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon, Watermelon
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a rocks glass full of ice.
- Stir gently and garnish with a watermelon cube and a lemon peel.
- This recipe scales well; to make 10 servings, simply multiply the ingredients by 10.
